[pct-l] re-entry



greetings... yes  being a Canadian  , I can tell you that the police system 
here in Canada is very definitely  more laid back then  yours  in the USA 
( of course my expereince  is more from North Dakota and Minnesota ( who by 
the way  ,the minnesotans ,are wonderfully different)
