[BULK] - Re: [pct-l] Speed



Sorry if you took offense.  I guess it was the context. Past history
of this list seems to show that when someone presents the idea of a
fast hike they are shot down, which is why I ass-u-me-d your question
was in the same context.  If the poster had said they were planning to
spend 7 months thru-hiking odds are no one would ask why.   Ahh the
joy's of interent-based communication where we can't hear the
inflection of each other's voice when we post ;-)
