[pct-l] sharing my pain . . . .

Hi Yogi At one time I thought my life was over. In 89' when I was about
45 I had my first back surgery, in 90' my second. I was in bed for a year
and a half. If I hadn't had the surgery I'd still be in bed. I figured it
was over. In 95' I took a job in security at a casino and now am hiking the
PCT when I can. Things can turn around for you. My Doctor, back then, told
me never to lift more than a gallon of milk. I asked Him for how long? He
said the rest of your life. My pack weighs about 50lbs. I will hike until I
fall apart. Keep the Faith Ground Pounder Bill
