[pct-l] Technology on the Trail -ties

Poor Jeff, I know what it's like.

I don't mind the ties so much, but when Kelly tells me "Dress shoes....Not
trail runners" I know I'm in for an uncomfortable event.

If you were part of another tribe elsewhere in the world, you might wear
beads, feathers, furs, or paint to do the same.  Anything less would be a
sign of disrespect.
