[BULK] - Re: [pct-l] Cooking the trout...

I caught my first golden last August in Big Whitney Meadow. A hand-sized
guy who jumped on a dry fly I floated out to him.
There was a hopper hatch going on and all the fish were stuffed with
these little black hoppers, and the goldens were being VERY picky...
Anyway, I managed to fool one of `em! And after cleaning, it was enough
for two bites apiece between my partner and I. sort of a desert.
After a few days on the trail, fried golden covered in seasoning was a
treat!

Hi Bluce,

You gut the fish (a utility knife is light and always sharp), but don't
wory about the scales. They are tiny, tiny. The skin is actually quite
delicious.
