[pct-l] making spandura gaiters

Spandura Gaitors.  Never heard of Spandura and I've never found gaitors I
like.  Would you mind telling me a little about them?  Do they stretch any?
Size? Weight? How they strap on? Maybe a web page?
I'd appreciate any help
