[pct-l] Plantar fasciitis recovery



The two things that help me are stretching and arch supports. 
I found regular stretching to be critical, particularly the calves. 
Arch supports initially aggravated my condition so I wore cushioning insoles 
or cushioned running shoes. After my feet had healed some I started using arch 
supports. I used Superfeet for a few years and have now switched to Good Feet 
which work better for me now.
