Peter,
Three of us hiked from I-10 to Onyx peak in March of this year. Here are
the photo's (http://tinyurl.com/6a95s)- the snow might be similar at
this time of year. Biggest issue will be the north side slopes around
Gorgonio. I think I may have a trip report written. Let me know if you
want me to try and find it for you.
