They open the Angeles Wednesday and I went out for a couple of days. We did  
Strawberry Peak and Devil's Canyon. Drove up past Waterman, Islip the road is  
closed there. They had bear hunters at Little Jimmy. The sheriff wants that 
bear  taken down so I was told. Remember the sloppy camper.
 
Could not see snow any either of the above. It look like the snow level was  
at 9500 feet.
