[pct-l] Trail head on Highway 49 near Sierra City

Good evening, JoPH,

This is probably one of the more practical uses for a GPS receiver. Tell
your friends the Rt. 49 crossing is at 39.57664N and 120.61208W. As of one
week ago the PCT signs were apparent on the sides of the road, and there is
a usable parking turn-out.
