[pct-l] LOOKING FOR PCT THRU-HIKE PARTNER FOR SPRING 05

Also.......................

If you're not in school the end of April there's an event near the Mexican
boarder called the Kick Off. ( http://siechert.org/adz/ )
This year there were over 100(maybe 200?) 2004 thru-hikers attending. Free
food too!!
Most hiked toward Canada the last morning of that event.
I met over 100 other thru-hikers on the trail.

I pretty much hike solo, but I did meet a really cool couple and later
another neat person I hiked with for a short while.
Partners are easy to find. When most hikers meet they're already friends.
