[pct-l] Errant Arrow in the Angeles

	A volunteer sitting on the porch of the fire lookout station
at Charlton Flats in the Angeles National Forest was shot by an
unknown archer yesterday.  The victim is expected to recover.  Just
another potential hazard of hiking near the big city, I guess.
