making down bags/quilts, as well as many other types of projects you
may want to try if you are into making your own gear.  You could also
ask the same thing at the message board there, or search the archives
to see what problems or suggestions otters recommend who have done the
same thing, since that message forum is very active also.  Best
recommendations in working with down is to bring EVERYTHING you will
need into your tent, including vacuum unless you don't mind down being
everywhere in your home after the project.
