When does the first snow appear in Oregon PCT sections?

You can expect snow in the Oregon Cascades during any month of the year.
July and August have the least chance of significate accumulation.  (6
inches or more).  Last fall we had temps near zero in October on the east
side of the Cascades although that was unusual.  In short, expect all types
of weather, walk as far as you can.
