[pct-l] whitewater fire

It doesn't look like the fire has gone into the SG Wilderness.  As of last 
night the fire was only 15% contained.  It is now called the "Cottonwood Fire".  
"Officials" say a fire closure is in effect for hiking and other outdoor 
activities in Whitewater Canyon.  The road through the canyon is open, but 
visitors are not allowed to leave their cars and hike or wander down to the running 
stream.  They are considering charging the woman who started the fire while 
cooking.  This is the 2nd fire in that area in less than a week.  The other fire 
(called the Whitewater fire) was put out but was started by hikers according 
to the news reports.  This may be the fire that Amy's journal referenced that 
was started by burning TP.
