You're so right!  But there's something that surprises me:  Why didn't 
anybody thought of peper spray?  Some of you carry it anyway for bears, and 
in my opinion would be way more efficient then start shooting people.  Since 
you can use it against bear also, it's a dual purpose item.  Living in 
Montreal downtown, i can't see myself packing a gun to shoot punks bulliing 
me, but pepper spray I would use.  Illegal immigrants don't want to kill 
you, they just want to get to highway, like us.
