[pct-l] shoes

I ordered shoes over the phone at Crater Lake Post Office from a store in
Klamath Falls, and had them sent to my next maildrop at Diamond Lake Resort.
This was my shift from boots to running shoes.  This was ten years ago.  Now
I imagine you could locate an online seller and make internet or phone
contact...
