[pct-l] Note on crampons

Hello!  Just a safety note: before taking special equipment such as 
crampons, make sure you're trained on how to use them safely.  Breaking an 
ankle with a set of crampons is so easy!!  Just slide and have a tip grip 
the ice and you'll do the snowball.  I have a friend who ended with a leg in 
pretty bad shape after a very small slide..
All that talking made me want to climb it too!!
