As regards to a evelation/loss spread sheet, I am working on one and am about 
1/3 of the way through.  It's a toilsome process, entering all the gain and 
loss for every point mentioned in the guidebook.  I have to have had just 
enough scotch to make me want engage in the tedium and not so much as I come to my 
senses and blow it off.
