[pct-l] bounce box longevity

The "squarish" priority mail boxes last a long time ... and they're
free. I think i bounced the same one all the way through california
and into oregon before i retired it.

Helpful hint: Grab a small stack of "priority mail" address labels
and throw them in your bounce box for future use. Not every post
office along the way will have them. If you use the address labels,
you can just slap the new destination over the old destination. This
keeps the box free of excess writing and will help make sure your box
gets routed to the correct destination.
