Hi

  I would agree with Bill. It isn't that hard to do some editing before 
replying and it can make a lot of difference. Also in consideration of 
visually impaired readers it is considered appropriate/polite to bottom 
post rather than top post. That is post your report AFTER the section you 
are replying to.  There is a URL on this topic, but I can't find it at the 
moment.
