[pct-l] bear stuff

For the southbound JMTer...I had bear cannisters/permits checked by the 
LeConte Canyon ranger again at the Kearsarge Pass trail.   Also, I've had permits 
checked at Tyndall Creek, Crabtree and on top of Whitney.
