what kinds of insoles would you guys reccomend for someone wearing medium w=
eight boots? the local drug stores have about 50 differnt ones,and i cant f=
igure out which ones will do me right. how do gels stack up against rubber?=
and how many miles can i expect to get out of a pair?any paticular brands f=
avored?(dr scholl seems to have quite a selection)thanks rob
