 So - is the bag down or synthetic? You can knock off at least 12oz with
other down brands and still get a rating of 20.* But it'll cost ya. I won't
get into down vs synthetic because that is a personal choice. Just the facts,
maam: down is lighter than synthetic - at least up to now. As with all gear,
there is more to consider than just weight.
