Here's the DOT webcam at Lake O' Woods.. near Fish
Lake.  Shows plenty of snow.

Huh?  I can see bare ground in places.  It looks like light snow coverage, at
best.   At 5,000 feet in the Oregon, in mid March, I'd have to say "looks
below average".

And, the snow survey site:

 shows significantly below average for this date, almost across all of
Oregon.
