[pct-l] water in the south

Here in San Diego county we just reached our normal annual
rainfall for the period July 1 - July 1 recently for the 1st time in
years.....

There is still more rain forecast for this weekend, and the
wildflower show is already beginning. Creeks are flowing
strong right now, but the problem stretches are problem
stretches no matter how wet the year.

Last weekend I headed east on the 8 and enjoyed the rare sight of
both cuyamaca peak and adjacent ridges, as well as most
of the length of the high Laguna ridges covered in snow thick
enough to give the san ber'dinos and even the sierra a run for
their money hahahahaha.
