[pct-l] Jack Fair House Update

 Just Talked to Ron Strictland who walked from Donna and Jeff's place to
Walker Pass on PCT Northbound last month. They had great weather and a good
time.
   He claims the guy that bought Jack Fair's place is redoing the place to
make it a " Super  Stop" for thru-hikers. The store down the road a mile is
to close this month for good. The  guy in the " House the jack Built" is
planning on putting in a small store at his place with hiker goods and
planting fruit and shade trees . He is a retired Disney Producer with a few
bucks to spend toward this mission. ( He was shocked to awake one day and see
a dozen hikers on his place as he knew little of the PCT)
    It is great to see someone buy Jack's place who will be a help to hikers.
Also sounds like he may fix up a place to wash clothes.
