[pct-l] Lightweight Backpacking -- Food

Hey Tom,

Read the ingredients on the "helper" packages. You can probably concoct your own
from pasta and spices for less $ and more taste and nutrition.

I've also dehydrated tomato paste (same as tomato puree or tomato sauce (has
spices)) with less water to begin with. Rehydrates reasonably well on the trail.

For those totally into the 'Ray Way' you can even use corn pasta!
