[pct-l] Bears north of Sonora Pass

--
John - I have done that section twice before (last year and in 1998)
and never ran into any bears at all while on the trail. When we
arrived in Kennedy Meadows resort on highway 108 (8 miles west of
sonora pass) they had some bears pestering the resort at night, but
nothing serious. I never camped in popular campsites and never
cooked where I camped either.

good luck.

peace,
dude
