[pct-l] San Felipe Hills Water Cache

John Tomlinson and I dropped by the San Felipe Hills water cache on Sunday 
and removed about 60 empty gallon jugs and replaced with 30 gallons of water. 
There was 0.5 gallon left at the cache by the third gate. The end of day 
inventory on-site is 30.5 gallons. Plus, there are still 9 gallons of water 
down by the big square post (ranch boundary) at the end of the road (1.2 
miles from the water cache). 

Thanks to all of the grateful hikers who voluntarily left contributions ($19 
and change) to help offset the costs.
