[pct-l] Sun Protection

Out here in Colorado, the higher elevations can have
intense UV rays.

What I have found to be effective for me is a wide
brimmed hat, and a light, long sleeved, polyester
shirt.

I must admit I don't bother covering up the legs.

The reason why I do not use sunscreen is that I tend
to sweat if off and I hate that "icky" feeling. During
winter, when I can not wear my wide hat, will use the
sunscreen.

I also have the (slight) benefit of a southern
European complexion. Makes me a bit less prone to
cancer.

YMMV.
