At Lost Valley Spring (Section B above Warner Springs)
there's a sign that says to treat the water. It
appears to have been printed by Pur water filters.
Those who believe in conspiracy theories might think
the whole giardia thing is just a marketing scam.

AsABat
Who does filter his water ever since a friend got
giardia on the JMT in 1981.
