[pct-l] Fire restrictions Section A & B



Any open fire can be a fire hazard - wood, alcohol, gas, propane, etc. Winds
can fan any flame. And watch those alcohol stoves - they do get very hot and
can burn what they are sitting on, including picnic tables.
