[pct-l] Yosemite Site Down?

Due to a legal conflict with the Dept. of Interior (DOI) and the 
Indian Tribes over access to nonsecure information on DOI servers, 
all DOI servers have been taken offline. 

As a result all external communications have been shutdown. This even 
includes email to DOI employees. The DOI is trying to isolate the 
secure stuff on different servers so that they can bring parts of 
their system back online. 

Right now it's up to a judge to give them a go ahead.
