[pct-l] Yosemite Bear Storage requirements

As of today when I picked up my permit INYO does NOT approve the Ursack
Ultra. Per the rangers bears have broken into them. Thepermit lady said that
"so many people lost their food last year we put real pressure on the
organization to require canisters"
