[pct-l] Trail conditions from I-80 to Sierra City

Doc Hank checked in from Sierra City.  He reports that there are lots of
large patches of snow on north and north-east slopes between I-80 and Sierra
City.  All are crossable, though route finding takes some time.  Some of the
patches are up to four feet deep.  None of them are dangerous, unlike those
between Squaw Valley and Old Hwy 40.
