[pct-l] Shoes, not boots

My favorites are New Balance 803's, now replaced by 804's but perhaps still
available.  I replace the inserts of all my shoes with Superfeet inserts,
including these.  They worked very well for me on a 2000 mile hike (3 pairs
that is).  I carried a backpack averaging 25 to 30 pounds.  No blisters.
