The "Snow White" virus message is NOT directly connected to pct-l.
The messages are being sent from an infected computer that has some pct-l
member's addresses in it's Outlook address book. (most certainly a list
member).
I have also received this virus from several non pct-l related sources, so
this is problem is not unique to pct-l. According to
http://vil.mcafee.com/dispVirus.asp?virus_k=98873& mcafee's online virus
scanner has found over 43,000 copies of this virus in the past 30 days.
The list itself blocks the virus: Any messages containing the virus can't
get through the list software (thank you Ryan). I repeat, you cannot get
the virus from any email sent through the list.
Not much more can be done from this end.
