Ok, what can the government do efficiently? I simply don't see it? My view
is that government either does something inefficiently or make regulations
that cause inefficiency. True, some things, the Army for example, require
the government and the inefficiency must be tolerated. I just feel that the
"they [meaning the government] ought to...." statement is a cop out of
personal responsibility.
