[pct-l] olive Oil

I would also suggest olive oil as a great source of fat calories.  I t
carries really and mixes with just about everything,  I was consuming about
16 ounces a week of it on the AT (sans glass bottle!) and it worked out
quite well.  I'll have to try the butter thing too.  hmmm....... Maybe I can
go extremely light weight and carry nothing but Olive Oil, butter and tea
tree oil!
