[pct-l] PA Jeff Completes

"Pennsylvania Jeff" Zimmerman reached Monument 78 today and therein completed 
his second thruhike of the PCT.  Mad Man Monte filmed the event on video and 
took Jeff to be re-food-constituted.  He mentioned that he was glad the 
border was where it was because he didn't think he had any more days in his 
body!
