Re: TFO gatekeeper water filter-gear report

We received the below email indicating that there was a leakage problem
with our Gatekeeper Water Filter when used with a Platypus flexible water
bottle.

TFO would like to send Jack a new filter and 32 ounce Flexi-Flask flexible
water bottle to replace the unit that he has.

Please provide your store address and indicate who the package should be
addressed to and the replacement will be sent immediately.

Please respond at your convenience.

Regards,

TFO, Inc.
