[pct-l] Place to meet

I'd like to meet my wife at an attractive--i.e.
scenic--place somewhere between Kennedy Meadow and
Ashland, OR.  She's not a hiker, so it needs to be
reasonably civilized.  I'd welcome your suggestions.
