Ken,

The insulation in the cozy is Thinsulate Hi-Loft. I had a bunch left over
from making a quilt. So some of it got put to use.

Since it's sewn into the cover, it won't shift.

If anyone decides to try and make one. You'll soon find out that it's
impossible to sew Mylar. The Mylar rips easily at the seam holes. In order
to sew it, you need to pre-tape the edges. I use a heavy duty plastic tape.
With the tape on the Mylar, you can sew it without ripping it.
