RE: [pct-l] User Fees



Brian,

	For all the taxes you mentioned, they are state taxes. The fees we are 
discussing are for the use of FEDERAL lands and therefore should come out of 
your Federal Income Tax or other Federal taxes instead of wasting time doing 
inefficient collections of trailhead fees.
