Re: [pct-l] Golden Access Pass



I didn't have the paperwork to enter Canada. I don't believe many other
thru-hikers had it either. A guy I was hiking with sent in the application
to Canadian officials but never got a response. This was before the trip
began.

I heard rumors while I hiked that paper work for entry in to Canada was
required only if you intended to stay there for more than a week.

I had no problems coming back to the US. The INS guy didn't even ask for my
ID! But, since there have been problems of late with terrorist coming over
the border, things might change.
