[nct-l] maps and stuff

Now that I have adopted my own 5 mi stretch of the NCT to care for, what are 
the best maps for this? I have not found any that show the trail. I have a 
maps from my chapter that is large and does not show much detail. I have 
downloaded topos from the web      http://www.topozone.com/
but they don't have the trail on them it seems.
Also on my little section the only tracks I seen were bike tracks. My 
question is where are bikes allowed on the trail? Are they banned on certain 
areas?  Thanks.....Duane
