Just a bunch of lurkers on this list.  We've been waiting for an extrovert!

I think I'm headed there too (RSVP'd kind of late and still haven't
received my confirmation in the mail).  I'm looking forward to it.  I
wonder how much of the conversation will cover the human side of trail
work...like building leadership, consensus and momentum.   That's what I'd
like to learn...the rest is purely rhetorical without leadership and a
shared vision.
