[ft-l] Need Advice

I would like to hear all your worldly advice on hiking section #1 Big
Cypress Swamp.
What do you wear on your feets when hiking through water all day long?
Is it muddy - the kind that sucks your boots off?
Is there enough high ground for setting up tents or should I just use my
hammock?
Is there hunting in Big Cypress?
Is the water fresh enough to filter - not salty?
Where do you park?

These are stupid questions but I never think of the important stuff until I
am out there so feel free to let me know what really is important.
