[ft-l] Joan Hobson is getting ready for another thru-hike!

Also, after the Central Florida Chapter meeting I had a chance to speak with
Joan Hobson who is planning to do an thru hike next year (end to end in one
shot).  She begins her journey around Jan.12, 2000 (or was it the 13th?).

The newly computer designed End to End Thru Hiking Patch was also at the
meeting.  It's good to see that the FTA is acknowledging the FT thru-hikers.

Also, has anyone read "Vagabond" Rick Gushe's new book, "Long Distance
Backpacking the Florida Trail"?
